Dear patients
For some time now you will be aware that the Medicare rebate you receive from the government is no longer enough to cover the cost of your healthcare.
We will continue to offer pensioners and children under the age of 16 a discounted fee.
Wound care will also attract a discounted fee due to the cost of consumables.
If you are in serious financial difficulties please discuss this with your doctor, as we do not want to compromise the quality of your health care.
We can now offer face-to-face consultations or telephone consultations. The fees for both services are the same.
We will continue to offer quick prescription only phone appointments which will be discounted.
If you have any questions about billing please address these with your doctor and not with our reception staff.
